Mr. TIM Amstutz, Board Chairman, has served in this role since he joined the board in 2003. He is an American born in 1958 and grew up in India. He joined World Relief as Legalization Director in 1987 and served in this role until 1988. Later, he was Director of World Relief Midwest region from 1995-1996. From 1989-2001, he was the Director of Education Services, the Director of Immigration Services and Director of National Immigration Resource Network. Since 2001 he has served as the Country Director of World Relief to Cambodia and the Asia Director. For the last 20 years he has specialized in management and has attended and spoken at many course on Management, Micro-Credit, Finance and Banking in Europe and the US.

Mr. GREG Burgess, Member, is the Cambodia Country Director of World Hope International. Before his time at Wold Hope, he was the Managing Director of Hagar Soya Co. Ltd. Mr. Greg also has extensive business and project management experience in other fields.

Ms Sery Hem, Member, is an accountant with Christian Reformed World Relief Committee. She is active in the ministry of Cambodian churches.

Ms Ing Varony, Member, is an Assistant at the World Bank Program. She is a Cambodian National with 8 years of experience working with NGOs and microfinance institutions in Cambodia. She has an additional 6 years in the Cambodian government developing the manufacturing sector.
