| Steps for Acquiring a CD |
Step1: Complete the application form below and fax or email it to CREDIT along with a copy of the investor's passport or driver's license.
Step2: CREDIT will send a reply confirming that funds are needed.
Step3: Send a check to the CREDIT bank account indicated in application form. Please include the necessary
transfer fee: $40 per certificate if sending 1 or 2 certificates, $25 per certificate if
sending 3 or more.
Step4: When the funds are received, CREDIT will
immediately send a confirmation e-mail and post a certificate by mail.
