Mr. CHAN Mach, General Manager, born in 1973, joined CREDIT in 2000. He obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematic and Master's Degree in field of Management, Mach former Math teacher, he initially started work as the auditor and trainer. His talent as a manager was quickly recognized, and he became the Phnom Penh Branch Manager in 2001. The branch flourished and in 2003 he was appointed the Operation Manager. Under his leadership CREDIT became sustainable and tripled its portfolio. In August of 2006 Mr. Mach was promoted to General Manager.

Mr. PO Yort, Operation Manager, born in 1976, joined CREDIT in August 2006. He obtained Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Accounting and Finance at National University of Management in 1999, and Master's Degree in the field of Management at Preston University, USA (affiliate in Phnom Penh) in 2004. He has one year experience in Administration and Accounting at Local NGO, and almost 7 years work experiences in human resources, staff development and training, and product development, with a local MFI.

Mr. HIM Vibol, Finance Manager, born on Sep 16th, 1980 was an outstanding university student, obtaining both his BBA and MBA degrees. In mid-2002, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a Specialization in Enterprise Management and in Dec 2005 graduated from his MBA program with a Specialization in Finance and Accounting. He studied numerous courses related to microfinance conducted by Cambodia Institute of Banking (CIB). He joined CREDIT as an Internal Auditor in Jan 2003 and was shortly thereafter promoted to be an Accountant in the Finance Department. After that, he was promoted to Finance Officer, responsible for managing the Finance Department. In Jan 2006, his substantial achievements were recognized as he was appointed to be the Finance Manager.

Mr. SOUNG Engchhay, Audit Manager, born in 1973, joined CREDIT MFI in 1996 through the Kampong Cham branch. His story is one of advancement through hard work: he initially worked as the translator, then as the Branch Bookkeeper, then as the Deputy Branch Manager, then as the Branch Manager, after that as the Deputy General Manager, and finally as the Audit Manager. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with the specialization in Management and is now studying for his Master's Degree (MBA). He has completed numerous courses related to microfinance conducted by EDA, CIB and BRI.

Mr. HUY Bunhuot, Human Resource Manager, born on Sep 1st, 1975 was a scholarship law university student. He holds two Bachelors' Degree from two different universities. In late 1999, he graduated his first scholarship Bachelor's Degree from Royal University of Law and Economics with a specialization in Law and in Aug 2006 graduated from his fee paying Bachelor of Education from Royal University of Phnom Penh. He joined CREDIT in 2000 as Administrative Assistant and in Oct 2003 he was promoted to be an Administrator. After that he was promoted to be HR Officer/Administrator. In Oct 2006, his substantial achievements were recognized as he was appointed the Human Resource Unit Manager and in Nov-07, he was appointed to be the HR Manager.
