KREDIT MFI, a Christian MFI which has been established in Cambodia since 1993, is an operationally sustainable organization that received a permanent license from the National Bank of Cambodia in 2007. We strive to ensure that the economically active poor and small entrepreneurs have the opportunity to develop their livelihoods and experience both full and productive lives. Aimed at contributing to Cambodian rural economic development, KREDIT MFI provides financial services which consist of loan and saving products in the city/provinces of Phnom Penh, Kandal, Kampong Cham, Tbaung Khmum, Kampong Chhnang, Siem Reap, Prey Veng, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Kampot and Takeo.

To meet our recent operational growth and expansion, KREDIT MFI is currently seeking for qualified Cambodian candidates for the positions as the following:

Closing Date   : September 23rd, 2011 at 04:00 P.M.
Short List       : Candidate should see examination date at KREDIT MFI office/website on October 14th, 2011 at 02:00 P.M.

Key responsibilities:

• Office Teller
• Manage cash transaction such as disbursement or reimbursement
• Record and data entry of all cash transactions into system
• Play roles in money exchange based on official exchange rate
• Maintain physical cash and important documents
• Perform other related task as assigned by supervisor

• Credit Officer
• Promote KREDIT products in the field work
• Assess and select potential customers to provide KREDIT
• Responsible for the collection of loan repayment solve loan default
• Process KREDIT documents in accordance with KREDIT policy
• Perform related tasks as assigned by supervisor

Desired Qualifications:

• Office Teller
• Bachelor’s degree (4 years student) in Accounting or in other related field.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email
• Good command in English.
• Good at Mathematic and Accounting.
• Able to drive motorcycle and possess the driving license.

• Credit Officer
• Bachelor’s degree (4 years student) in Finance and Banking or in other related field.
• Experience in loan assessment and examine currency.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email
• Good command in English.
• Good at Mathematic.
• Able to drive motorcycle and possess the driving license.

Remuneration
KREDIT provides competitive salary based on education, experience, and potential. We offer annual salary increase plus other benefits such as annual incentive and bonus (13th month salary), 24 hours insurance covered, severance pay, staff safety and health benefits, 5 working days per week, public holiday comply with Cambodia labor law, special interest rate staff loan, staff uniform, and KREDIT support staff training and good working condition with other human resource policies.
